Membership Information

Membership:

DCBA Membership is open to any attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York and to Dutchess County residents currently enrolled at an accredited law school or a graduate of an accredited law school pending admission.

Benefits of Membership:

Lawyer Referral Service:  Members in good standing are eligible to join our Lawyer Referral Service, which receives over 3,000 calls annually. An additional $200 fee applies to join this service.

Networking and Events: Monthly luncheons are held from September through March and our Annual Dinner is held in May. Numerous other social and networking events are held throughout the year to provide our members with the opportunity to see colleagues in a relaxed setting and meet members of the local business community.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE): The DCBA is a New York State Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education. Courses are offered on a variety of topics throughout the year. The DCBA prides itself on being able to provide quality CLE at reasonable price close to home. Members always receive the lowest cost to attend.

Professional Support: The DCBA strives to ensure the professional needs of its members are met. Members are encouraged to call the office for assistance or support in others areas of their practices, including recruitment, marketing, or to obtain a set of membership mailing labels.

Regular Membership: $150

Sustaining Membership: $195 *** Sustaining members now receive free admission to all virtual CLE programs***

Paralegal Membership: $40
