Modern Workplace Anti-Semitism

Join the Dutchess County Bar Association for a timely one-hour CLE exploring the legal and practical challenges surrounding anti-Semitism and anti-Israel advocacy in the workplace.

Presented by Hon. Rory Lancman, Director of Corporate Initiatives & Senior Counsel at the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law.

Topics will include modern manifestations of workplace anti-Semitism, Jewish identity and the question of Israel, the legal framework under federal anti-discrimination law and Title VII, recent case law, and practical steps for employers and counsel.

1.0 CLE Credit proposed in Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias or Areas of Professional Practice, subject to accreditation determination.
