This presentation will examine the history recreational AirSoft, professional Force-on-Force training, and Firearms training accidents in the US, the Duty of Care, Causation of such injuries and conducting a thorough investigation and structuring a strong case. Mr. Redl is a Board certified licensed investigator in NY, FL & CO with over 27 years of experience as a NYS DCJS certified firearms and general topics instructor. He is certified as a Scenario Based Force-on-Force and Active Shooter Response Instructor and has authored three (3) books on the topic. He has investigated and acted as a subject matter expert in catastrophic AirSoft and/or Force-on-Force injury cases on both private and government matters.

 

This program will be presented virtually via Zoom. (Zoom link will be sent the day before the program).
